In this series of collages I am exploring the relationship between discrimination, color and age by using the pages from Ralph Ellison’s Invisible Man, superimposing the “invisible” bodies of the highly fashioned models and over printing with clear varnish.
Created for a collage exchange at IMCAC (International Museum of Collage, Assemblage and Construction) one of which will be retained in their permanent collection.
