sunday: came back from NY after taking my mother home.

here’s a project i started on february 15th while my mom was here, i thought she would want to do it too, but she didn’t, so i’ve made the commitment alone. it’s a weather scarf, meaning you see what the temperature is each day, and chart it by knitting a row that corresponds to the temperature of the day. for the winter i am charting the lows, when it gets to june i am going to switch to the highs so i get a better range of temps. i chose cool colors for the winter and warm for the summer and on either end of the spectrum, white and black. this is it so far. it’s not keeping me busy for a long time each day, but it is a chore and a way to keep my mind off the virus for a little while.
