wednesday: looking for collage elements, i came across these period chairs, which made me think of menstruation. then i was wondering what goes with that? i have this old book from norway about catholic churches. i was telling my daughter about my thought process and she suggested unclean, from the bible verse.

it made me think, how afraid of women must these men who wrote this have been. to me it shows how powerful the women were that you would actually have to wash yourself and all your clothes if you even touch her or anything she touched.
